Now here's the deal about the cameras. It uses a completely new range of FULL FRAME E-mount lenses!
The E-mount is from Sony's NEX series of cameras, so what they did was modify that to accommodate full frame lenses thus the new FE lenses were born.
Your old NEX lenses will work on this baby but with a cropped image.
There is no stabilisation system for the camera so it has to be on the lens, making them more expensive.
Folks who have sold their soul for the NEX will probably have good reasons to upgrade, but for the mortals among us, the asking price is probably a tad high. For the same price you can get a DSLR, full frame too from Nikon, and that will give you better imaging. So I guess this is only for Sony fans.
